(And we have no idea what is going on. We are going to test it out on meters and see where to go from there.)

Yeah, the ps won’t power up despite being connected. A friend has a tester for power supplies so we are going to put that on it and see what happens. It is frustrating because it is a new, fresh out of the box power supply.
